Lead Data: Information about your leads including customer names, contact details, addresses, job descriptions, and any notes or files you add.

Business Operations Data: Information related to your business operations including team members, vehicles, equipment, inventory, scheduling, and calendar events.

Connected Platform Data: When you connect third-party services (such as Jobber, Facebook/Meta Lead Ads, Google Business Profile, or EagleView), we access business-related data from those platforms as authorized by you. This includes client information, service requests, and business analytics. We do not access personal social media data.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with LeadCull, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the LeadCull platform
  • Generate AI-powered lead scores and insights to help you prioritize leads
  • Sync data between LeadCull and your connected third-party services
  • Send SMS messages and notifications on behalf of your business (when you enable this feature)
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send service-related emails (account verification, password resets, important updates)
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or business data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted vendors who help us operate our platform (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, email delivery, cloud hosting). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Connected Platforms: When you authorize integrations, we exchange data with those platforms (Jobber, Meta, Google, EagleView) as necessary to provide the sync functionality you requested.
  • AI Processing: We use OpenAI to analyze lead data for scoring. We take care to minimize personally identifiable information sent for AI processing, focusing on work context rather than personal details.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
  • Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. Data Security

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information:

  • All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text
  • Database access is restricted and monitored
  • Multi-tenant data isolation ensures your data is separated from other businesses
  • OAuth tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest
  • Regular security reviews and updates

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you of any breach that affects your data.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

  • Delete your account and all associated business data within 30 days
  • Remove data from our active systems and backups
  • Revoke access tokens for any connected third-party services

Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or financial records).

7. Third-Party Services

LeadCull integrates with various third-party services to enhance functionality. When you connect these services, you authorize us to access and sync data on your behalf:

  • Jobber: We access client information, service requests, and job details to import leads into LeadCull.
  • Facebook/Meta Lead Ads: We receive lead form submissions from your ad campaigns.
  • Google Business Profile: We access business reviews and customer inquiries.
  • EagleView: We access property measurement reports for your jobs.
  • Stripe: We use Stripe to process subscription payments securely. We do not store your full payment card details.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your LeadCull settings, which will stop future data syncing (data already imported will remain until you delete it or your account).

8. SMS and Communications

If you enable SMS automation features, LeadCull sends text messages to your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before sending them messages. We provide tools to help you manage opt-outs and comply with applicable messaging laws.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
